Simon Says: Anything Goes!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring always amazing Pink and Main products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Winter has been intense everywhere in North America this week so I thought this one was an appropriate fun winter card!  I stamped and masked my images and then ink blended my background and "snow hills". Once dry, I stencilled my snowy background and let it dry.  I coloured my images in with my COPIC markers and then added glitter to my hills. I die cut my Friend die and embossed my secondary sentiment from the same stamp set. To finish off, some white gel pen detail and a candy heart for the snowperson.

This one was so fun! Early start on my holiday tags. I die cut my Simon Says Stamp cloche die from Soft Navy card stock and stamped the text background. I put the tags together and set it aside. I die cut my Reindeer elements and ink blended on the Kraft paper. I put her together on the tag and added white gel pen detail. To finish off, I punched a hole and added my red twine from my stash!

Simon Says: Use Stencils

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Use Stencils and we are featuring always amazing Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Brand Products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I have become obsessed with felt. I have always loved working with it on my projects but over the last few months I find myself turning to it a lot. I also love a good winter scene because, well, I live in Canada and winter is so pretty. I picked my snowman die and then decided on the partial snowflake stencil which I flipped to be able to do the second upper corner. I die cut my Snowman pieces and put him together and added him to card using foam tape.

I then took my older Winter die and die cut specialty card stock and added it to the card. I stamped my secondary sentiments directly on the panel and to finish off, some clear drops!

Simon Says: Emboss It!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Emboss It and we are featuring always amazing Spellbinders products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I just fell in love with this Spellbinder paper pack that I wanted to feature on this card! It is such a creative paper pack so I decided to die cut two patterns using my favourite Simon Says Stamp Tag Die.

I picked this Spellbinders Puff Dotty 3D Embossing folder for my background panel from my sash (it seems to be discontinued). I then lined up my tag dies and added them to the panel using a mix of glue and foam tape.

I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Butterfly Die and did some quick ink blending to the centres and Copic coloured my butterfly body then glued my elements together. I chose this Honeybee Stamps hugs die and placed my elements on the tags. To finish off, some Magenta Clear Drops and white gel pen detail!

Simon Says Stamp Heart To Heart Release Blog Hop Day 1

Happy Friday crafty friends! I am super excited to be participating in Day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp  Heart To Heart Release Blog Hop! So many fun products in this release! I am sharing two cards today featuring a few of the new products :)

I can't believe how quickly the Christmas holiday season went by, already in January and working on Valentine's Day Cards and a post Christmas Thank You card.

I love the detail on the new Flourish Heart die. I die cut my pieces and glued my heart together and set it aside. I lightly stencilled my panel and then added the heart on an angle using foam tape. I picked this lovely sentiment linked below from Simon Says Stamp and added it using foam tape as well. To finish off, some Scarlet Clear Gems and some white gel pen detail!

This one using the new Swirling Snowbreeze 3D Embossing folder was perfect for a post-Christmas Thank You or, in my case, Merci card. I paired the detailed folder with these amazing Splendid Snowflakes from the DIEcember release.  I really love the gold and white together. I finished off with some Champagne Clear Gems!

Go to the Simon Says Stamp Blog to follow along on the hop and leave comments along the way for a chance to win! Here is the hop list!

Simon Says: Something New!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Something New and we are featuring Gina K. Designs Products  - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

First new Challenge of 2026! My best wishes for the year ahead! I had such fun making this one, the colours I chose are not what I usually play with but I love the depth of colour for a winter birthday card. I started by making a stencil with my Gina K. Bubble Cover Plate die and ink blending my background.

I then die cut my Simon Says Stamp Splendid Snowflakes and added some gold and darker inks on my snowflakes. I also ink splattered my background using gold Finetec paint. I glued my snowflakes to the panel.

I die cut my Gina K. Birthday sentiment from Gold Card Stock and added it to the panel. I then chose this Simon Says Stamp Happy sentiment to pair with the Birthday die. Once that was done I added some of my Pink Fresh Champagne Clear Drops!

Simon Says: Add A Sentiment!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! It's the last Challenge of 2025 and will last for two weeks! Have a very Happy and Healthy Holiday Season and Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

This week Simon Says: Add a Sentiment and we are featuring always amazing Memory Box products   - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I just love this adorable Memory Box Owl, she will be my Mom's Christmas card! I just love to use felt specifically for Christmas projects and I decided to make her accessories pink mixed with some red accents. I die cut my elements from both 80 lbs Neena Solar White (not too thick just enough to support the felt) and my felt pieces.

I put all of my pieces together and decided upon this Spellbinders embossing folder, I liked the circular area without embossing for my owl. Once embossed, I felt like I needed a little something more so I die cut a few of these amazing Simon Says Stamp Pine Sprigs from the last DieCember release.

I added the springs and Owl to the card base and took a sentiment from my favourite stamp set of this season by CZ Design and Simon Says Stamp. I white embossed and die cut the sentiment and added it to the card.

To finish off, I die cut my Poinsettia from an older Memory Box die set to add to her hat!

Simon Says: Wrap It Up!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Wrap It Up and we are featuring Paper Rose Studio products  - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I could spend all of my time making gift tags, particularly Christmas tags. This paper pack by Paper Rose is gorgeous. Green and white foil and this piece also had a beautiful punch of red with the berries. I die cut my base from the foil card stock and added a die cut gold frame on top. I also added a white die cut piece to the back to write my message to the recipient.

I die cut what I turned into Holly and some red glitter berries to match the background panel. Added it to my tag then some white gell pen detail. I picked a sentiment from the Tim Holtz Christmas 2023 sticker book, it fit the length of the bottom frame perfectly. To finish off, some red ribbon from my stash!
