Christmas Tags with Mama Elephant Holiday Bitties

Happy Friday! Sharing some quick sweet tags featuring new and older Mama Elephant products!

I love making Christmas tags! So many sweet options to personalize your gift packages.  Today, I am sharing these featuring all Mama Elephant stamps and dies.

I have been wanting to play with the Holiday Bitties stamp set so last weekend I was on a tag mission and I finally stamped some of these cute images.

I started by die cutting my Neena 110lbs with a tag from the Mama Elephant Framed Tags Union Squares, the set is really fantastic it has a square scalloped die and some accessories including this two part tag which can die cut a stitched opening panel on the top of the tag. And I also die cut the full tag only for the backing.

I then stamped all of the images I selected from the Holiday Bitties set and stamped them out and colored with my Copics. I added some white gel pen detail, some glossy accents and some Nuvo White Blizzard glitter drops on a few of the elements.

For the tag toppers I used a set from Mama Elephant called Winter Taggins that includes other tag dies and this fantastic foliage for the tops of the tags.

To finish off I used a mix of Lawn Trimmings and twine from my stash!

Simon Says: Anniversary/Wedding!

Happy Wednesday! That means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week the challenge is Anniversary/Wedding and the design team is featuring Impression Obsession products!

I chose the beautiful Impression Obsession Abtract Flowers dies for my project. I just love the shape and design of these dies. I used Tonic Specialty Paper in Rose Platinum and Burnished Rose for the flowers.

I then decided to use the Lawn Fawn Vanilla Malt card stock for my card base and top panel. I embossed the top panel and glued my flowers. I then used the Impression Obsession Wishes die with Lawn Fawn Black Licorice card stock and fun foam for dimension. I used Rose Gold embossing powder for the Best sentiment which is from an Avery Elle set. I added some Pretty Pink Posh Rose Gold Jewels to the flower centres and some PPP Rose Gold sequins on the card panel.

Once I was finished I added the "diamond ring" that was in my stash, it was silver so I colored over it with a Rose Gold marker to match. Quick and easy project as the only stamping was the smaller sentiment!

All of the products used can be found at Simon Says Stamp all listed and linked below!

Thanks so much for taking the time!

Spiderman!

Happy Wednesday crafty friends! They are announcing a massive storm over the weekend for Montreal - call me crazy but I love weekend storms I can hibernate in the craft room! LOL

My local scrapbook store received a series of Marvel comics dies and the Harry Potter series. I purchased a few to try them and I plan on getting more!

I started with Spiderman and Iron Man - I had to have these dies, they are perfect for my husband and nephews! I was so happy with the way this turned out, my husband's birthday is next week and he will be so happy with this! I die cut the Spiderman from both MFT Cherry Crisp and the Lawn Fawn Blue Jay card stocks. I simply had to snip a few lines and was easily able to paper piece the image. I added some highlight with my C3 Copic Sketch and some Nuvo White for the eyes (which I outlined with a black gel pen)

I used Bristol paper for my background with a mix of Salty Ocean, Faded Jeans, Wilted Violet and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. I then used my Distress Sprayer for the sky.  My buildings dies are by Paper Smooches and the Happy Birthday is a new one I picked up from Simon Says Stamp. I die cut the sentiment from some new Tonic white Glitter paper (love all the Tonic specialty papers, they rock). All in all a very easy project!

Thanks so much for taking the time!
