I love these layering flowers by Altenew, the key system to out them together is chef's kiss. I die cut my floral pieces and put them together. I decided to mix things up and use navy leaves. I cut my background panel then die cut my hugs die and glued it to the panel.

I placed my flowers and leaves and glued them using a mix of foam tape and glue. To finish off, some clear drops!

Simon Says Stamp In My Heart Release Blog Hop Day 1!

Happy Friday Crafty Friends! Time for day one of two of the Simon Says Stamp In My Heart blog hop! so happy to participate using some of the amazing new products!

Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop from your blog comment section. We’ll choose your winners and post on our Simon Says Stamp blog on Wednesday the 25th of March where they can find out how to redeem their prize.

I am obsessed with Simon Says Stamp text backgrounds. I find they are so fun to work with, Nicol Spohr has a bunch of videos that feature text backgrounds and how to incorporate them in your designs. This one was fun to put together using white florals to lay focus on the background stamp. I also love the mix of navy and light teal together and, of course, my favourite friend die.

I kept up with my navy and teal mix for this one, I die cut from both coloured card stock. I glued my navy to the card base and added my bird using a mix of foam tape for dimension and glue for the head of the bird.  I then coloured the other elements using my COPIC markers. I finished off with some lavender clear drops. I didn't add a sentiment, I will pick one when I send the card.

Yes, it's a Christmas Card, lol! Never too early to start and I received this CZ set after the holidays. I thought it was perfect for a CAS card and fast to put together. I die cut my woodgrain panel and my glitter paper panel, glued my woodgrain panel to my card base. I then added my glitter trees using foam tape for some fun dimension.

I used the sentiments meant for the die plate and white embossed it and used the matching die. I added it to the centre also with foam tape.  To finish off, some fun Picket Fence sequins from my stash. Quick, CAS and pretty in pink!

Not only is green my favourite colour but St. Patrick's Day is my favourite day of the year! I usually make a St-Paddy's card but I really felt like using my Twist Pattern Press Plate and Die. I do love a graphic card and what better than green!

I die cut and pressed my green Pink Fresh die cut and added it to a woodgrain panel using foam tape. I then die cut my elements for my Fresh Cut Floral Stem by Simon Says Stamp and added it to the panel.

I stamped and embossed my sentiment also by Pink Fresh Studio and added it to the bottom of the panel using foam tape for dimension. To finish off, some white gel pen and emerald clear drops!

I love making a die cut only card, they are fast and fun to put together. This one was inspired by the winter we are all (mostly) collectively sharing, lol.

I die cut five of the stars and snowflakes from the Hero Arts Snowflake Star die set. I then added some Finetec ink platters to the background.

I added my snowflakes and cut the excess on the sides. I then glued my Thanks die to the centre snowflake and to finish off, added some iridescent sequins.

    Simon Says: Interactive

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Interactive and we are featuring always super fun Lawn Fawn products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love a good stencil and this one by Lawn Fawn does not disappoint! I felt like a dark background so I used some Navy ink and then layered my flower stencils. I was going for a Gerbera Pink Daisy. This card was fairly quick to put together.  I ink blended, die cut my slider stamped and embossed my hidden sentiment.

Put the slider interactive element together and then die cut my Friend die and glued it to the top of the panel. To finish off, some White candy hearts from my stash and some gel pen detail!
