Simon Says: Back To School

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring Studio Light products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I am realizing that Back to School differs for all. Our schools shut down for summer seven days ago! lol  I used a Studio Light paper pack for my pencils and my sentiment. I started by Ink blending my background. Stamped the pencil on white paper then die cut them. I also stamped the pencil on my patterned paper and fussy cut them then added them to the COPIC colour pencil.

I glued everything to my panel using a mix of glue and foam tape!

I chose the Simon Says Stamp Birthday Wishes from a previous release for my sentiment and finished off with some Ice Clear Drops. The complete hop list is below, enjoy!

    Simon Says: Anything Goes!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring Penny Black products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I always love working with leaves. Not sure why, maybe because my favourite colour is green. This was a fun and simple card to put together. I stamped my image on Tim Holtz Watercolor card stock and coloured in using my Zig markers. I then sprayed Hero Arts gold spray on certain sections of the panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the same set once everything was dried. To finish off I added some light green clear drops.

    Simn Says: Things With Wings

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Things With Wings and we are featuring Lawn Fawn products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

My starting point for this card was obviously these adorable Lawn Fawn Butterflies. I decided to pair them with the Lawn Fawn Candy Cane Lane paper pack. The rainbow colours are too fun and can be used all year. I stamped and embossed my butterflies then used the accompanying dies.

I cut my background panel to size (from the same paper pack) and die cut my Hello die. I lined it up then stamped my secondary sentiment on the panel directly. Added all of my elements to the panel then finished off with some Lavender Clear Drops.

    Simon Says: Add A Sentiment

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Add a Sentiment and we are featuring Concord and 9th products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love a layering stencil! This one is a Kristina Werner for Concord & 9th and I adapted the colours to make it more spring and not Christmas. I ink blended easily, the layers line up beautifully.

I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Happy Wishes and added it using foam tape. Fast and simple!
