These Simon Says Stamp hot foil and die sets are amazing and this Daisy Bloom was such fun to play with for this weeks challenge! I started by foiling my white Neena card stock with gold foil and ink blending my yellow centre then die cutting the flower.

I decided to use this super fun Simon Says Stamp stencil for my background with the same yellow ink.

I then die cut my Hello, Sunshine die from Tonic Sugar Crystal and Gold card stock and glued it to my panel using fun foam and added my flower. To finish off, I added black candy hearts :)

Simon Says Stamp Dream Big Blog HopDay 2!

Welcome to day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp Dream Big release Blog Hop!

Super excited to participate today, this release is amazing! Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop to people who comment!

I am obsessed with the new Fab Flower die set, the flower is so "mod" to me. I die cut the outline in a rainbow array, who doesn't love rainbow. I decided to pair my flowers with the Mini Slimline Lattice die from an older Simon Says Stamp release using woodgrain card stock for texture.

I then took my bold hello, I felt it complimented the look of the flower outlines and die cut it from black glitter card stock. I also die cut black fun foam for dimension. I added my elements to the panel using a mix of foam tape and glue.

To finish off, some rainbow gems from my stash. I am the last stop on the hop, If you haven't hoped along here is the list/order of stops :)

I have always loved the Critters Ever After stamp set, perfect set for a child card. I started by stamping and colouring my Unicorn and using the accompanying die. I then ink blended my background using Distress Inks.

I die cut my clouds and placed my elements on the trimmed background. Once I was happy with placement, I glued my dies using a mix of Lawn Fawn glue and foam tape.

I then die cut my Happy from the Lawn Fawn Happy, Happy, Happy set and glued it to the clouds. I then stamped the birthday from the same sentiment set.

To finish off, some Studio Katia iridescent sequins!

This stencil screamed nautical to me for some reason and that gave me the chance to use my new Tim Holtz Unchartered Mariner Distress Ink!  I started by ink blending my panel and since the stencil is a slim line one I trimmed my sides.

I die cut my elements all by Simon Says Stamp with a mix of Tonic specialty papers linked below and put my sentiment together. I also die cut fun foam for my anchor to give it added dimension.  I placed my elements on the panel and decided to use one of my MFT red striped papers underneath the panel.

To finish off, some red twine from my stash and some Pink Fresh Studio matt silver pearls.

Simon Says: Back To School

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Back To School! We are featuring Memory Box products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I must say the theme this week is ironic for me because in Quebec school is only out on June 23 of any given year... lol. It's been only ten days. But I do realize that other countries only go until May and therefore, start back earlier than our Labour Day date.

I made a Teacher thank you because there are never enough of those. It's mini slimline size because the fun crayon dies that I used are small and such fun. They are actually from a new company for me called Maker's Movement, School Essentials Die.

I die cut all of my elements using mostly Memory Box Glitter paper and some basic card stock for the base of the crayons and secondary sentiment strip. I die cut my panel and used a Simon Says Stamp Stars 3D Embossing folder. I line up my crayons and glued them to the panel.

I added my thanks die and the smaller sentiment to the panel then placed it on my card base with fun foam for dimension. To finish off, some Studio Katia gems and a red candy heart!
