Simon Says: Food and/or Drink

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Food and/or Drink and we are featuring Art Impression products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

When I saw the theme for this weeks challenge I had to use the super fun Sundae Afternoon stamps and dies by Simon Says Stamp. I purchased this set last year and had yet to ink it up!

I paired it with a super fun Arts Impression Sentiment that worked well with my strawberry sundae!

I started by colouring my Sundae using my COPIC markers and used the accompanying die cut. I then cut and embossed my panel using this amazing Simon Says Stamp 3D embossing folder.

I added my image using foam tape and added glossy accents to the glass and straw, set it aside to dry overnight.

I then added my sentiment also using foam tape and some white gel pen detail to my Sundae. To finish off, some Studio Katia gems :)

Simon Says: Favorite Things

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Favorite Things and we are featuring always amazing My Favorite Things products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

My starting point was this amazing rainbow pattern paper! I decided to use the Letter to Santa Clear Stamp that I had yet to ink up but it doesn't scream Christmas, very versatile as it is still winter here.

I stamped and coloured it in with my COPIC Markers and used the accompanying die. I then die cut my panel using the Stitched scallop border and did some ink blending on my panel and added some droplets of paint. I set it aside too dry.

I cut and added my pattern paper to the card base and glued my top panel using fun foam.  Once my panel was dry, I added my image with Darice foam strips.

I die cut my Hugs die from Tonic black glitter paper and glued it to the panel, I trimmed the bottom of the G so it would wrap around the image and I stamped the sending on top.

To finish off, I added my favourite Sparkling Clear Sequins by Pretty Pink Posh.

Simon Says: Bit O' Green

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Bit O' Green and we are featuring always amazing Altenew products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I love this time of year, St-Patrick's Day is my favourite day of the year! Not only because I am Irish but because spring is in the air! Also, green has always been my favourite colour :)

I had fun with this one, I started by embossing my background panel using the Altenew Woven Basket folder. I trimmed the size down slightly to 4 x 5.25.

I added my Hello die also by Altenew using Darice thin foam strips for dimension. I die cut a series of hearts using Shamock glitter paper and Emerald Green both Tonic specialty card stock.

I turned my hearts into shamrocks and added them on top of the large Hello die. I added the stems and from a Trinity Stamps mix called Lily Pad Leap

To finish off, I added a secondary sentiment by CZ Designs called Revers Birthday Sentiments (toner sheet that I foiled with Deco Foil Green) and Lucky Charm Buttons Galore sequin mix.

I added some Tonic Gold specialty card stock in the back, I mean who doesn't love a pop of gold! I then chose the Simon Says Stamp Delicate Leafy Branch also die cut from the same gold card stock and glued it to the panel.

I chose the Simon Says Stamp Happy Birthday die as my sentiment and die cut it from Tonic Black glitter card stock and fun foam. To finish off, some Picket Fence Studio sequins!
