Simon Says: Anything Goes featuring Hero Arts!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring Hero Arts Products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Who doesn't love to play with Hero Arts products! I think many of us started with that company. I just love this set of florals and matching dies for all images including the sentiments. I started by ink blending my Hero Arts Diamond Stencil directly on my card base and added gold splatter and set it aside to dry.

I stamped and coloured my flower using my COPIC markers and then used the accompanying die. I then gold embossed my sentiment from the same set.

I added some gold twine in back of my flower and added both the flower and sediment using foam tape to the card base. To finish off, some Champagne Clear Drops!

Simon Says: We're Going Around in Circles!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: We're Going Around in Circles and we are featuring always super fun Whimsy Stamps Products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

You give me a theme with circles and I am going to use polka dots 99% of the time, lol! I used my Dotty Stencil byWhimsy Stamps for my background with Distress Inks. I really love the scale of the Whimsy Stamps dies and this Big Hugs one was perfect for this card.

I used Lawn Fawn Black Licorice card stock for my sentiment and finished off using some Pink Fresh Studio Green Clear Drops! Simple card to put together but I  find the big bold black makes a statement.

Simon Says: Fur, Feathers or Flowers!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Fur, Feathers or Flowers and we are featuring always amazing Spellbinders products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I hate having to make a sympathy card but the mix of the Spellbinders embossing folder and the Quill by Altenew paired beautifully together.

I started by die cutting my Quill and putting it together and ink blending the sides for added dimension. I embossed my background panel using the beautiful leafy 3D embossing folder by Spellbinders.

I added twine from my stash and some Pink Fresh gold gems! My sentiment is French from an older stamp set from my stash.

Simon Says: Masculine

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week Simon Says: Masculine and we are featuring always amazing Tim Holtz products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I have always loved this Crazy line by Tim Holtz and have used the dogs, birds and accessories frequently since I purchased them. One of my godsons's graduates from High School with full honours this week so I decided on this because he and one of my dogs have a bromance going. Mozzie just loves him so I modelled the dog after my boy.

I stencilled my background then stamped my images and coloured them in with my COPIC markers and die cut all of my elements

I decided on my Simon Says Stamp celebrate die in gold card stock and finished with some Pretty Pink Posh navy sequins with Champagne clear drops on top. Then a little white gel pen detail on my images.
