Simon Says Stamp Celebrate Release Blog Hop - Day 2!

Happy Saturday crafty friends! Welcome to Day two of the Simon Says Stamp Celebrate Release Blog Hop!

Super fun to be participating today with this fun a little non-traditional coloured wedding card!

I used the new To The Happy Couple Stamps and Dies for my card today and I paired them with the Simon Says Stamp Tumbling Hearts Stencil (one of my favourites).

I coloured my images using COPIC markers and used the accompanying die cuts. I then ink blended my panel using ink that matched my blush coloured theme. I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp set (this is a 6x8 stamp set, you get so many great sentiments and images).

I glued my images using foam tape and added some candy hearts from my stash!

There is a $25.00 gift card draw for one comment from each blog on the hop! Enjoy the hop!

Simon Says: Stencil It

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Stencil It and we are using always super fun Tim Holtz  products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!   Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I have had this adorable Harrison die set since it was released and have never had the time time to use this cutie. This was the perfect challenge to finally put him together. I just love him!

I die cut all of my pieces using mostly Lawn Fawn and Simon Says Stamp card stocks from my stash and put him together using a mix of glue and foam tape for dimension and set him aside to finish my background panel.

I took one of my Simon Says Stamp Animal Prints Stencils and Ink blended a mix of Distress Inks on the panel. I added Harrison to the panel with glue and stamped my sentiment. To finish off, some fun brown hearts from my stash!

Simon Says: Interactive

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Interactive and we are using always super fun Lawn Fawn products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!   Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love this new Kanga-Riffic stamp set by lawn fawn so I knew I wanted to use this set. I stamped and coloured my images from the set and used the accompanying die cuts then put my pieces to the side.

I die cut my scalloped pop-up box using the super fun new 6 x 6 paper pack also by lawn fawn and glued all of my elements.  I cut some clear acetate in small strips to glue my critters to suspend them on the box pieces.

I added all of the dies cuts then I stamped my sentiment from the same set and added some Lawn Fawn flowers to frame my sentiment!

I started by embossing my background panel and doing some selective ink blending. I then die cut my large Daisy and ink blended a portion of the flower and then the flower centre and glued my pieces together. I glued my flower to the card base using foam tape.

Simon Says: Anything Goes!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are using always amazing Hero Arts products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

I always love working with Hero Arts products! Since easter is around the corner I felt this was the appropriate theme for this week.  I started by ink blending my stencil (I used my paper pouncers for this one due to the small lines) with two of my Pawsitively Saturated inks and set it aside to work on stamping my eggs by Sunny Studio.

I then die cut my happy from both gold and white glitter card stocks and stacked them at a slight angle. I stamped my easter and the happy with foam tape. I then tucked in my eggs!

To finish off, my favourite iridescent drops :)

Simon Says: Easter/Spring

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Easter/Spring and we are using Picket Fence Studio products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

This was a fun and super easy card to make, I used my pouncers to ink up my stencil and then die cut the panel. I die cut my Hello die (older MFT die from my stash) and glued it on an angle.

I then glued my sequins and added the panel to the card base at a fun angle using fun foam. Simple as that took no time at all, I do love the ease of a good stencil!

I love St-Patrick's Day! It's my favourite day of the year! I always have fun with these green themed cards this time of year.

I started by ink blending my panel with rainbow clouds :) I then die cut my Shamrocks and sentiment  from specialty card stock from my stash. I glued my Lucky using foam tape and then added my shamrocks.

I white embossed my secondary sentiment and added it to the panel then stamped a few shamrocks on my background and to finish off, some green clear drops!

Simon Says: Add A Sentiment

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Add a Sentiment and we are featuring CZ Design products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

I am obsessed with the Whirl Diamond Plate die by Simon Says Stamp. The last project that I used this die was turquoise and navy this time I wanted gold. I die cut my diamond plate and cut a piece of pink card stock.  I ink blended some darker pink on the background panel and then some gold flecks of Finetec paints and I set it aside to dry.

I die cut my flowers and ink blended the centres of the white flower, glued the centres and added a gold backing piece for dimension.

I die cut my CZ design sentiment, glued it together and added it to the panel.I framed my sentiment with my flowers using fun foam and to finish off some Champagne clear drops!
