Simon Says: Party Time!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Party Time and we are featuring amazing Simon Says Stamp Brand Exclusives - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I can't believe Christmas is only a few days away! This weeks Challenge will be for a two-week period and the theme this week is Party Time!

I decided to take out my Confetti Stencil and some Rainbow Deco Foil with my Mini Mink for this one! I also decided to change things up and use all black, which I never do! I started by adding my Deco Foil Transfer gel and set my panel aside to dry.

I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Champagne Flutes and the new Simon Says Stamp Cheers! die from some Tonic Glitter paper and fun foam for dimension.

I then die cut an A2 size black background panel. I put my foil and top panel through my Mini Mink (so happy with the effect) glued my top and bottom panel together.

Added my die cuts to the panel and then added everything to my card base!
Happiest holiday wishes! Hoping 2022 is amazing for all of us!

This cling set by Stamping Bella is so sweet! You have three options for the inside of the snow globe, I chose the snowman for my card today and added my bling with the snow!

I started by stamping my globe then the inside image and coloured everything with my COPIC markers. I then ink blended my background using Salvaged Patina Distress Ink.

I added some Unicorn Dust and Chunky Glitter to my image to act as the snow and set it aside to dry.

I die cut my top panel using an older Studio Katia die set from my stash and embossed my snow with a Tim Holtz embossing folder.

I put everything together using foam tape and added some snowflakes and gems from my stash. I finished off with some White gel pen detail.

Simon Says: Cold As Ice!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Cold As Ice and we are featuring super fun Stampendous! products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I love these mice by Stampendous and I thought how fun to have him in a hot cup of something when it's super cold outside.  I stamped and colored my image with my COPIC Markers and added some Simon Says Stamp Unicorn Dust to all the red sections and set it aside to dry.

I wasn't sure where I wanted my sentiment so I stamped and embossed it on vellum so that I could see the positioning on the panel before gluing it in place. I added some red twine form my stash to balance the vellum on the panel.

To finish off, I added some Sparkling Clear Sequins!

LawnFawnatics Holiday Critters

Happy Sunday crafty friends! Felt like playing with some super fun Lawn Fawn critters this weekend with some amazing new Lawn Fawn holiday products for the current Holiday Critters Challenge over at the LawnFawnatics blog!

I love Lawn Fawn Mice and I thought they would frame the amazing Let It Snow die new from this year.

I started by die cutting my Peppermint Stripes Background from some Tonic Glitter card stocks and putting the background together.

I then die cut my sentiment from a Tonic Freshwater Pearls, Fun Foam and StickIT sandwich. Once that was complete I added some Lawn Fawn Chunky Glitter to the the bottom of the words. To make the white sentiment show-up better it added two different turquoise card stocks offset in the back.

I then coloured and die cut my mice adding them to the panel using foam tape and glue. To finish off some fun snowflakes from my stash!

Simon Says Stamp DieCember 2021!

It's that time of the year, so excited for DieCember!

I will be sharing a few more projects later in the week! Todays project features the beautiful new Refracted Medallion die.

I knew I wanted to make a shaker with this card so I started by die cutting my panel and then embossing it with the gorgeous Simon Says Stamp Kaleidoscope 3D Embossing Folder.

I die cut my Refracted Medallion die from some super pretty Tonic Pink Frosting Glitter paper.

I glued a piece of acetate to the back of the embossed panel and then added my pink die cut to the top using glue.

I then added some doubled-up foam and my sequin and candy mix to the exposed area.

I decided to pair the amazing Joy die from Simon Says Stamp that I am clearly in love with for those of you who follow my blog and Instagram, lol. I used the same Pink Glitter Paper for the top and some grey Narwal for the backing die cut.

To finish off, some of the sequins from the same Pink Fresh mix as the shaker.
