Doodlebug products to me always include RAINBOW! I started by die cutting my elements and put them together. I embossed my background panel and added my rainbow using foam tape. I die cut my sentiments from the same Doodlebug set and glued them to the card.
To finish off, some white gel pen detail! Quick and colourful!
