Simon Says: Anything Goes featuring Waffle Flower!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring super fun Waffle Flower products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

This card was such fun to make! When I saw that the theme was anything goes, I just had to use these super fun dog themed products by Waffle Crafts.  We have three dogs of our own and every family birthday I make one from the pups as well.

This one was super quick to make, I die cut my bone and bow shapes and ink blended the sides of the bone for dimension.  I put together the Simon Says Stamp bow die and added it to the bone using foam tape.

I embossed my background panel and added the bone to the top. I stamped and embossed my sentiment and fussy cut the shape then added it to my card.  To finish off, a small red candy heart!

Simon Says Stamp - Out of this World Release Blog Hop Day 2

Happy Saturday crafty friends! It's Day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp Out of This World blog hop!  Super excited to be participating, this is an amazing release!

Complete hope order listed below, hop along and you have the chance win a $25 at each stop on the hop when you leave a comment!

I love a good rainbow and decided to try the amazing scalloped stencils with this amazing new Billow Butterfly Plate for this one. I ink blended first then die cut my panel and put a few of the butterflies to the side.

I added some black Distress Paint to the panel and set is aside to dry.  I decided to 3D emboss my loose butterflies using the new folder from the June card kit. I love the way they turned out and added some gold Foundry wax to the butterflies.

I cut a piece of Tonic Sugar Crystal card stock and glued my panel to it. I then added my butterflies using 3D foam circles.  I die cut my Simply Fabulous dies and added them to the panel. I finished off by adding some iridescent gems to the top.

For this card I used the beautiful new Dahlia Delights 3D embossing folder with some Peony coloured card stock. Once embossed I added some gold pigment ink directly to the panel and loose flowers.  I also added some more ink by blending a darker Raspberry color to the panel and flowers.

I glued the loose dahlias to the panel with foam tape. I die cut my You Shine (one of my favorite Simon Says Stamp dies) and added it over the loose Dahlias. To finish off, some matte gold pearls!

Thanks so much for taking the time and hoping along! Products used are listed and linked below, affiliate links used at no extra cost to you!

Simon Says: Vacation

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Vacation and we are featuring super fun My Favorite Things products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I had such fun colouring this older MFT image for my vacation theme. I chose this one because I plan on sitting by the pool with my dogs for a month this summer, I can't wait!

I started by colouring my image and die cutting it and my glasses and setting them aside to work on my panel.  I used the large polka dot stencil by Simon Says Stamp for my panel with some light pink ink.

I then die cut my Hello sentiment by MFT using some Simon Says Stamp magenta glitter card stock.  Lined everything up and glued everything to the panel. I stamped my secondary sentiment and to finish off some Iridescent Pink Fresh Studio gems.

Simon Says: Lots of Layers

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Lots of Layers and we are featuring super fun Brutus Monroe products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I had so much fun with this Mod inspired card for this week, I love this Brutus Monroe collection with 80s references so much! I stamped and coloured my roller skates and pulled out my rarely used Florescent COPIC markers for the laces, this just added to the 80s for me.

I chose some mod pattern paper from my stash to layer my panel in and I decided to add some banner dies to the top using the same paper. I die cut both panels using my deckle edge dies and layered my smaller panel using foam tape.

I then stamped my sentiment and added some new (at least new to me) Picket Fence Studios Iridescent Moonshine sequins.

I just love this Brushed Flowers stamp set by Simon Says Stamp, I simply started by stamping in rainbow order and die cut my panel using an older border die. I also used the same border die on a piece of Tonic Black Glitter paper and added it to the back of the floral panel.

I die cut my Happy Birthday from the same black glitter paper and glued it to the card!
