Simon Says: Anything Goes featuring Art Impressions

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring Art Impressions products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I love all the critters so these large scale ones from Art Impressions are made just for me! The Giraffe is part of their super fun Pop-Up collection but I chose to use is without the pop-up die.

I stamped my Giraffe and colored her in with my trusty COPIC Markers. I cut my glass of wine and added Glossy accents and put it aside to dry.

I chose this pattern paper from my stash, it felt like fall colors and went super well with my Giraffe. I did some very light ink blending on the sides of the panel using Victorian Velvet Distress Ink. It was the perfect pink for the pattern paper.

I die cut my MFT Cheers die and layered it then glued it on the panel. I added fun foam to the back of the giraffe panel for dimension.

I glued my strips to each side of the card base and then added my panel.  I used foam tape for my wine glass and then added white gel pen detail.  To finish off, some super fun pink hearts from my stash!

Simon Says: Envelope to Match

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Envelope to Match and we are featuring AMAZING Colorado Craft Company products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I am in love with the Colorado Craft Company illustrations! These critters are amazing! I had such fun making this card and envelope for this weeks challenge.

I stamped my image and colored it in with my favorite COPIC Markers including the "grass hill" at the bottom.

I took one of my most used stencils, one of the MFT cloud stencils and added a rainbow of clouds to the background and then die cut my panel.

I chose my sentiment from Sunny Studio Stamps and stamped it to my "canvas" in varied colors.

I added some glossy accents and while that dried I stamped my envelope with the matching sentiment and paint brushes.  To finish off I added white gel pen detail and some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins.

Simon Says: Lots of Layers

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Lots of Layers and we are featuring Penny Black products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I started by die cutting my Deckle Edge panels by Honey Bee using Neena 80 lbs to have a lighter weight card due to the layering.

I lined up the medium sized panel in my Misti, then centred my small panel and added a little tape runner to the back of the small panel to keep it secure in my Misti.

I stamped my flower and remove the small panel, then stamped my flower again on the medium for clean lines. I stamped the butterfly and coloured both in with my COPIC markers.

I layered my panels on the card base and used fun foam for the middle and smaller layer.

I chose this super fun newer Simon Says Stamp Scripty Hugs die and die cut it with some Harvest Gold card stock and fun foam for more dimension. To finish off, some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins.

Simon Says: Sparkle & Shine

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Sparkle & Shine and we are featuring always amazing Gina K. products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I enjoy a good tone on tone card so I started by die cutting my Mermaid Card Stock panel and ink blending some Peacock Feathers Distress Ink from the outside to the centre for added dimension. I waited for that to dry and then added my Turquoise Sea Glitter Gel with my Sun Spots Stencil. Set that aside to dry and die cut my backing panel.

I die cut my Birthday and Shadow dies from Neena and Tonic Black Glitter Card Stock. I chose a solid Simon Says Stamp Happy stamp and white embossed it.

Once my panel was dry, I added it to my card base with fun foam. I used a mix of foam tape and glue for my sentiments.

To finish off, I used these Pinkfresh Studio Silver Pearls (I love these pearls) and a Gina K. clay heart (Rainbow Hearts) for the "i".

STAMPtember® Blog Party!

Happy Thursday crafty friends! Today we are celebrating STAMPtember® with a blog party!!!

This new release is AMAZING!!! I can't wait to see what September brings in terms of product collaboration :)

This card is my end of summer card, that is what I based my color selection on for my Etched Primrose Blooms from the new release.

I die cut my blooms and colored them with my COPIC markers and set them aside.

I chose matching inks and my Simon Says Stamp Mega Wrap Stripes stencil with a negative oval mask and ink blended my background.

I line up my blooms and felt I needed a leafy feel so I die cut my Simple Stem from Neena card stock.

I then decided on this Bold Hello die and die cut it from black glitter card stock and black fun foam. I placed all of my elements to the panel with a mix of glue and foam tape.

To finish off, I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins. Enjoy the blog party, so MUCH inspiration for STAMPtember!

Simon Says: Stamp It for STAMPtember!!!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and it's the first day of STAMPtember!!! Woot!

This week Simon Says: Stamp It in honour of STAMPtember and we are featuring always amazing Simon Says Stamp brand exclusive products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

I made two projects for this weeks theme using the new Painted Leaves Stamp Set that is part of the amazing new STAMPtember release!

For my first card, I did some rainbow stamping on my panel. I really love bright colours!

I chose the You Shine die as my sentiment from an older release and the Eucalyptus Dies (one of my all-time favourites) to frame the sentiment.

For my second card, I decided on a fall like color scheme and tone on tone stamping. I added gold embossing for the centres and decided to paint the surround with some Fine-Tec paints.

My sentiment on this one is from the painted leaves stamp set and to finish off I added some gold Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
