Simon Says: Anything Goes

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are using always amazing Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Brand Products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!   Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love this clear stamp, die and stencil leaf set by Simon Says Stamp, I had to use it for this week's Anything Goes. I gold embossed my leaves and then went with rainbow stencilling and finally using the accompanying dies.

I am obsessed with the Whirl A2 background wafer die, I wanted to use it but make it a hint in the background so I decided to use woodgrain card stock to give it texture but it didn't take over the card. I then glued my leaves to the panel

I white embossed my sentiments from the same set and used the accompanying die for the friendship die and my banner dies for the secondary sentiment. To finish off, I added some wood hearts from my stash!

Had such fun with this one featuring brand new Whimsy Stamps products. I started by colouring my Flamingo and using the accompanying die, I then ink blended my background panel.

I die cut my sugar crystal paper with the super fun new Retro Mod dies. I glued the die using foam tape on my panel.

I then added my Flamingo also with foam tape. I then die cut my Birthday Wishes dies and glued them to the panel. To finish off, some white gel pen detail and some gems from my stash.

Simon Says: Patterned Paper

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Patterned Paper and we are using always fun Doodlebug products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!   Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I love Doodlebug Patterned Paper! I hoard it in my stash, lol. I used the Sweet and Spooky 6x6 paper pack for my card this week and paired it with these candy die cuts by MFT.

I started by picking my papers and cutting my background panel to size for an A2 card. I then die cut my Simon Says Stamp tag die and embossed it as an anchor for my candies. I die cut and put together my candies and added the to the tag die.

I added some black and white twine from my stash and my Whimsy Stamps Sweet die. To finish off, my favourite iridescent gems.

Simon Says: Use Die Cuts

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Use Die Cuts and we are using always amazing Memory Box products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!   Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I have been MIA for a few weeks, I am finally at the end of bronchitis which has been very long and slightly painful. Thankfully, I have a good doctor who has me on the mend! But I have not been feeling very crafty. I am happy to be back with a Mother's Day Card using one of my favorite Memory Box dies.

I used my favourite glitter paper and some rectangle dies along with my verdant leaf die, I choose some pretty patterned paper from my stash and used foam tape to glue my leaf frame.

I took my new Lawn Fawn stamps and used the Mother's Day sentiments and added them to the top of the card. I didn't want anything overwhelming that would take away from the leaf!
