Simon Says: Anything Goes featuring CZ Designs!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring always amazing CZ Design products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

My starting point for this card was the amazing patterned paper from the latest Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. I have been pushing myself to use more patterned paper, like many of you I hoard it...lol!  I don't often use this color scheme either so it was so fun to put this together.

The patterned paper made it easy for me to pair a mix of Tonic specialty card stocks with all of my die cuts. The balloon dies are also Simon Says Stamp once they were die cut I added some Neena solar white card stock to the back for the highlight portion.

I then die cut my CZ Design Happy Birthday dies also from Tonic glitter card stock and added my elements to the panel. I glued it to the card base and finished off with a mix of sequins and Tonic Nuvo and Glitter drops.

Simon Says: Shimmer and Shine!

Hello crafty friends it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

This week Simon Says: Shimmer & Shine and we are featuring always amazing Gina K. Designs products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them!

Come join in on the fun, you have the chance of winning a $25 gift card to the fantastic Simon Says Stamp store!

I knew I wanted to feature the amazing Botanical Duo dies by Gina K. on this card and I wanted to die cut them from my favorite Tonic Sugar Crystal glitter card stock. I use this glitter paper on most of my cards. It is beautiful and discreet shimmer and shine!

I chose to pair them with this beautiful Honey Bee patterned paper that I die cut using the Simon Says Stamp A2 Marquee die set (largest frame die used).  I then decided this Simon Says Stamp Miss You die would fit perfectly in my corner and fit with the more modern feel of the patterned paper.

I added all of my elements to my panel and then to the card base using fun foam for dimension. To finish off, some Studio Katia iridescent sequins!

I love Christmas projects! Always good to start early! I love my Spellbinder Glimmer Foil machine and these newer products by Spellbinders are so much fun! I started by foiling my background and sentiment and set them aside to work on my sled.

I die cut my elements using a mix of different and textured card stocks (listed below) and I ink blended some Gathered Twigs Distress Ink on my sled. I glued all of my elements to the background panel.

to finish off, I glued my sentiment to my card! These dies and glimmer foil products are such fun to play with, come join the challenge!

I love this Beautiful Bunny stamp set by MFT so I had to use it for this weeks challenge! I paired her with the amazing MFT Wildflowers 6x6 paper pad.  The patterned paper chose the color scheme for my card!

I coloured the images with my COPIC markers and used the accompanying die cuts. I decided to add my Whimsy Stamps rectangle frame with a vellum backing to balance the paper and my image.

I added my frame to the panel and glued it to my card base. I then used foam tape to add my images.

I added my sentiment from another MFT set, which is white embossed on Lawn Fawn Black Licorice card stock! To finish off, some Tonic gold dream drops to the flower centres.

I love the Simon Says Stamp 3D Embossing Folders and these new ones with dies are AMAZING! I started by die cutting, embossing and colouring my flower topper. I then took a piece of my Distress Watercolor Card Stock because I love the texture it adds and embossed my panel.

I trimmed my panel slightly and added it to my card base with fun foam. I then used foam dots to add my flower on top.  I die cut my Simon Says Stamp Miss You die using Tonic Specialty card stock linked and listed below and glued it to my panel.

To finish off, these fun iridescent sequins by Picket Fence Studio also linked below!
