Celebrate, Woo Hoo! - Cas-usl Fridays - CFC103 and Runway Inspired Challenge RIC#37

I made this one for two of my favourite challenges, Runway Inspired Challenge and CAS-ual Fridays. For CAS-ual Fridays, the theme is congratulations and the Runway Inspired Challenge the inspiration photo is below.

I was really inspired by the graphic print and colour palette for this picture.
