Simon Says: Anything Goes featuring Pink Fresh Studio!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

This week Simon Says: Anything Goes and we are featuring always amazing Pink Fresh Studio products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I just love working with Pink Fresh Studio products! This butterfly bliss set is just lovely and the ease of colouring with the stencils is so fun! I started by die cutting my A2 cover die with woodgrain card stock and added some teal card stock in the back.

I stamped and gold embossed my butterflies and ink blended them then added them with a mix of glue and foam tape to the background panel.

I picked complimentary lilac card stock and white embossed my sentiment then used the accompanying die to cut it out. to finish off, some Lilac clear drops!

Simon Says: Stitch It!

Hello crafty friends, it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

This week Simon Says: Stitch It and we are featuring super fun Waffle Flower products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I am obsessed with this stitched elf die set by Waffle Flower! The scale is so fun. I am clearly ready for Halloween and Christmas crafting, earlier than I usually am not sure why  but I am enjoying it.  I started by using an older Hero Arts 6x6 Argyle cling stamp for my background panel. I die cut my elements for the hat and glued them together and added them to the panel.

I used the new Simon Says Stamp and CZ Design Making Spirits Bright Stamp and Die set (this is a set that you will see a lot of this year, so many amazing options) and added it using foam tape. To finish off, some Emerald Clear Drops!

Simon Says: Not A Card!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

But first, there is time to enter our annual Simon Says Stamp Kid’s Summer Vacation Challenge where we host a special challenge dedicated to our young designers!

Anything Goes is the theme!

It is time for all you crafters to let your children loose in your crafty corners for a few hours. Just close your eyes and set them free to explore their creativity. Adults are allowed to help just a little bit if necessary, but we really want the children to ‘DO IT’ themselves as much as possible. Click the picture to enter!

This week Simon Says: Not A Card and we are featuring super fun Lawn Fawn products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I just love Lawn Fawn Mice they are just adorable! Felt the theme was the right time to start my holiday tags, I had not used this set from the 2024 release yet. I stamped and coloured my images with my COPIC markers and stamped my sentiments. Added some glitter to the white spots on the images.

I glued my candy hearts to the tag and then die cut the red and white backing tags and put them together using my red and white twine!

Simon Says: Quite Quirky!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

This week Simon Says: Quite Quirky and we are featuring super fun Paper Artsy products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

I recently purchased an art journal and at the same time discovered how fun Paper Artsy products are to play with.  I went a little different (for Quirky) and used Acrylic Paint with my Paper Artsy stencil for this card. I needed to repeat the process because my ink blending kept bleeding through.  However, I am happy with the end result.

I started by ink blending my panel then stamping the text stamp using gold ink. I left it to dry overnight but I still had colour seeping through.

I die cut my sentiment and secondary strips added them to the card and finished off by adding orange enamel dots to the flower centres. My orange paint was a little dry and flaky.

Simon Says Stamp Happy Camper Release Blog Hop Day 1!

Welcome to day one of the Simon Says Stamp Happy Camper Blog Hop! So happy to be joining you today featuring some of the amazing new products!

This is another amazing release including some amazing summer products, the start of holiday goodies and some out of this world goodies! Had so much fun playing with these.

Without even thinking, butterflies are apparently my theme for today. I made two cards the first one was made using the new Dual Diamonds A2 Wafer Die. I paired it with some amazing Doodlebug patterned paper and a Simon Says Stamp butterfly and one of my favourite Simon Says Stamp sentiment dies. This one was quick to put together.

I 3D embossed my background panel then added my A2 plate using thin foam strips. I die cut my Butterfly and did some Ink Blending with my Pawsitively Saturated Ink pad and some black splatters. I put together my You Shine die and added everything to the panel. To finish off, some Pink Fresh Studio purple gems.

For this one, I used my Dina Wakely sprays, the colours are just yummy! I sprayed my white panel with some intense pink and orange sprays and set it aside to dry. I die cut my Just Because sentiment from gold and black licorice card stock.

Once the panel was dry, I 3D embossed it using the new Butterflies Embossing Folder. I then added some gold ink using the pad direct to my paper and slid it lightly to cover the Butterflies.  I added my sentiment and some gold clear drops!

Simon Says: Anything Goes!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

I love the loose style of the Blooms and Leaves in this Penny Black Love Blooms set. I started by using my Distress Ink re-inker in Spun Sugar and blew the colour in the top left corner. Once it dried I die cut my panel using my Simon Says Stamp A2 die (all listed below) and then stamped my image.

I coloured it in using my COPIC markers and then stamped my sentiment from a CZ Design set also listed below. To finish off, some Clear Iridescent Drops by Pink Fresh.

Simon Says: Focus on the Sentiment!

Hello crafty friends and it's Wednesday and that means it's time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and a surprise!

This week Simon Says: Focus on the Sentiment and we are featuring CZ Design Products - it isn't a requirement to use them but if you have them we would love to see them! Come join the fun for the chance to win a $25.00 card to the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Now for the surprise! The Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge is having a Design Team Call! This is an amazing team to be a part of, follow this link to answer to the call!

I just love this Hello, Sunshine sentiment by CZ Designs and I figured yellow is the best colour to pair with it at just the right time of year! I die cut my A2 panel (die listed below) with some Lawn Fawn Sunflower card stock.

I decided a bold black image would really pop, so I die cut my Simon Says Stamp leaves (also listed below) using Lawn fawn Black Licorice card stock.

I then die cut my sentiment from a mix of Sugar Crystal Glitter Paper and Gold Card Stock. Glued them together and added them to the card base. To finish off, some Champagne Clear drops!
